1. Who we are

BetsMetrics (betsmetrics.club) is an independent sports analysis, odds comparison and educational calculator portal, operated by Danilo Cabral. Data controller contact: [email protected].

2. Data we collect

Anonymous browsing: no signup is required. Calculators run 100% in your browser and send nothing to our servers.

Email (optional): if you opt in to receive analysis by email, we store only the address you provide, under consent as the legal basis. You may unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email.

Affiliate clicks: when you click an operator link (/go/), we log a click identifier, the offer, country (country-level, via network infrastructure — never GPS), language and campaign parameters. If your browser sends "Do Not Track" (DNT:1) or you decline cookies in our banner, we do NOT log user-agent or referer — only the minimum required for commission attribution.

3. Cookies and consent

We use only strictly necessary cookies and, with your consent via our banner, measurement cookies. The bm-dnt=1 cookie records your refusal and is honored by our affiliate redirect system.

4. Retention and anonymization

Affiliate click records are automatically anonymized after 90 days (user-agent and referer are irreversibly erased by a daily routine). Reader emails are kept until you unsubscribe.

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share only: (a) the click identifier with the operator's affiliate program, for commission attribution; (b) data with authorities where required by law.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction, portability or deletion of your data (GDPR arts. 15-22; CCPA for California residents; LGPD arts. 18-20). Write to [email protected]. We reply within 15 days.

7. Minors

This site is intended exclusively for adults 18+ (21+ in the US). We do not knowingly collect data from minors. Betting content is unsuitable for minors.
